Affordable Program Rental Rates

Our Affordable Program guidelines are as follows:

For one person living in one apartment, combined Gross Annual Income can not exceed $31,020

For two people(children included) living in one apartment, combined GAI can not exceed $35,460

For three people(children included) living in one apartment, combined GAI can not exceed $39,900

For four people(children included) living in one apartment, combined GAI can not exceed $44,280

We do require that each applicant over the age of 18 on the application have their credit and criminal history checked. There is a $20 applcation fee per person over 18 on the application and that fee covers the credit and the criminal background check. This fee needs to be in the form of a check or money order. We do not accept cash or credit as a form of payment. The application will not be processed without this application fee.
